Full Villa Rental (Exclusive Use)

For those seeking privacy, rent the entire villa for your family or group of friends. Enjoy exclusive access to the villa, pool, gardens, and living areas, making it the perfect option for a relaxing and private getaway.

Weekly Rates

• Low Season (September – June, excluding Christmas & New Year):
  $ 2150 per week 
• High Season (from June – October and mid December- January 10th):
  $ 3000 USD  per week

Monthly Rates

• Low Season (September – June, excluding Christmas & New Year):
  $ 4600 USD per month
• High Season (from June – October and mid December- January 10th):
  $ 6000 USD per month

Choose individual room rentals for a cozy stay while sharing the villa with other guests. Enjoy access to villa amenities, including the pool and gardens. (Second story, media room, terrace and rooftop not available with room rental)

Master Bedroom (Sleeps up to 3)

• $ 150 USD per night (Low Season)
  (Unavailable during High Season: June – October & December – mid-January)
• Includes breakfast and access to communal lounge and kitchen and pool.
• Bedding: Over sized king-size bed (can be split into two singles) + single bed in the bay window for children

Second Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

• $ 125 USD per night (Low Season)
  (Unavailable during High Season: June – October & December – mid-January)
• Includes breakfast and access to all villa amenities
• Bedding: Queen-size bed
